It is possible to register a package as a return within 14 days of delivery. Register your return by sending an email to info@aredeecasuals.com. You will receive an email with further instructions to return the order. You can then return the return shipment to the address described in the email. The purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days (after we have received the package) to the account number with which the order was paid.

* Note * The costs of the return shipment are not reimbursed by us. 

We expect our items to be returned in undamaged and original packaging, unless otherwise agreed. (If an item is returned that we believe is damaged, we will contact you and explain any further steps).
